• What is in Commingle recycle; Cardboard, paper- all types, plastic jugs, tubs, and glass bottles, no caps or lids. Cleaned, metal, aluminum, clean aluminum foil.

• Reduce methane emissions, Do Not Throw Plastic Wrap or contaminated containers into the recycle bin, or Styrofoam-like products- Big Mistake

Creative ways to save energy

• Vacuum clean around furnace, install clean filters

• Clean after peak hours 6 pm – 6am• Replace incandescent bulbs with compact

fluorescent lamps – last 10 X longer use 75% less energy

• Let the sunshine in – take advantage of natural daylight to reduce lighting.

• Invest in Energy Star appliances, they meet federal standards for energy efficiency.
