BLUEWATER ARENAS AND COMMUNITY CENTRES
The Municipality of Bluewater operates three arenas, each with a community centre and ice surface—
one in each of the three urban areas of Bayfield, Hensall and Zurich. In addition, the Municipality
operates the Stanley Community Centre which has a community hall but no ice surface.
Our arena facilities are host to minor hockey and various skating organizations. In addition to this, ice
time is used regularly by men's and women's leagues of all ages for hockey, figure skating, ringette,
broomball, etc. Each arena also offers public skating and ticket ice. Please refer to the municipal
website or online community calendar for public skating schedules.
In addition to ice rentals, each arena has an auditorium that is available for rent for functions. Each facility
provides tables and chairs, kitchen and bar areas and a stage. All facilities are wheelchair accessible with
the exception of Hensall’s upstairs hall.
