How to Recover your Facebook Information

A step-by-step guide

Step One: Use your Internet Explorer (or other Web browser)

to navigate to Facebook (www.facebook.com).

Step Two: Click the light blue link in the top right-hand corner that says “Forgot your password?”

Step Three: Enter your full e-mail address (johndoe@hotmail.com) or full phone number ([316] 555-5555) to recover your user name.

Step Four: Check to make sure that the information on the next screen is correct. If it is, select the circled box (“Reset Password”) and use the next screen to make a new password.

Don't forget to write down your user name and password!
