In the Balagne region of Corsica, the wild Immortelle fl ower covers the hills and plains, and borders the sandy paths of the Corsican landscape. To preserve the integrity of this plant, L’OCCITANE has planted extensive fi elds of immortelle for the fi rst time.

Shea Nuts have always been gathered by the women of Burkina Faso. L’OCCITANE has built upon their expertise and created cooperatives that enable thesewomen to enjoy a better standard of living through their work, and to continue this tradition.
