". The online Leadership Feedback System (lFS) for the fiscal year 2016-2017 was enabled on August28, 2017 and September 30, 2017 was the deadline for the feedback submission. The Commissionduring its 113th Commission Meeting held on October 10, 2017 reviewed report on lFS respondentsand noted many Civil Servants have appealed on deadline extension for various reasons.

Therefore, considering that online lFS is in it's initiql stage of institutionalisation, the Commissionwas pleased to extend the deadline to October 31, 2017 to ensure that all Civil Servants providethe required feedback.

Kindly note, following Civil Servants are not required to provide feedback:1. Currently on EOl;2. Currently on studies;3. Currently on medical leave beyond 6 months;4. Secondment to international/other organization outside Civil Service;5. Have not completed 3 months of service in current place of posting as of August 28,2017;6. Contract employees; and7. Absent in office during fiscal year 2016-2017 (Studies/EOl/Medicalleave etc).

F.urther, the Royal Civil Service Commission would like to inform that Civil Servants, who do notprovide feedback within the given deadline, wHl not be eligible for HR actions such as Promotion,Training and Open Competition.
