NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 4 read with sectio1 11 :~ of tho Tripura

Uunicip;-;1 /\c:t. 1994, the State Government hereby makes the following 1 es to amend the

T1ipur<) Bui\ding Rulas, 2004, namely:

1. (;) Thase rules may be called the Tripura Building (1st Amendn- 11) Rules, 2011.

(2) Thay shall come into force on the date of their . publice1 1n in th~ · Off,icial G.:.:zc:tte.

2 Sub-rule (2) (a) (i) of rule 46 of the Principal Rules shall be : ;)s\itutod witlvthu follov,ing : ··

3 Sub-rule (2) (b) of rule 46 of the Principal Rules shall be deleted.

4. Sub-rule ( 1 )(a) of rule 4 7 of the Principal Rules s~all be substitutec ·vith the following:

"( 1 )(a) The maximum permissible ground coverage for building, v. ·::'n a plo~ eontalns

7 Sub-rule (4) (a) of rule 49 of the Pnnctpal Rules shall be substituted wtth the following:
