The programme will be delivered by a highly skilled team of trainers f r om Dudley College who have a strong inter national track record of delivering high quality education, training and consultancy provision. Dudley College will work in partnership with UKIERI and AICTE, whose aim is to br ing forth a unique initiative that strengthens the bilater al relationship between India and the UK and sets an example of best practice in inter national cooperation. This pr o ject is part of an initiative working towards developing programmes that meet the pr ior ities and needs of both India and the UK and br ing about a systemic change in the educational sector of both India and the UK. Course Aims The course will prepare delegates to become more effective educational leaders, by providing them with ef f ective people management skills, enabling them to intr oduce im pr oved quality assurance processes and develo p their confidence in the implementation of change management pr o jects within their organisation. The cour se will equip delegates with the necessary skills to become skilled and motivated leaders in further education institutions. Eligibility Nominee should preferably between 40 & 50 year of age with at least 15 yrs. of experience of teaching/ academic administration in AICTE approved Technical Institutions. The nominee mu st have a proven flair towards administration and must be on a permanent position.
