SUMMER of a lifetimeTour CostsThe full cost of the trip is £2,850 per person. The costs are fully inclusive of flights, tours, food and accommodation. Flight changes may incur an extra cost. (If you choose to book your own flight you will still have to pay the full £2,850)Bursaries Available.Details of how to make flight changes will be explained at the parents evening. Initial Deposit (to be sent with application form): £350.

Financial AssistanceFinancial assistance is available through UJIA to applicants who cannot meet the full cost of the programme. Through bursary funding, UJIA aims to offer young people the opportunity to take part in a Youth Movement Israel Tour. If you are in a financial situation where you are unable to afford the full cost of the programme, please tick the appropriate box on the Initial Application Form and you will be sent a Financial Assistance Form. UJIA’s bursary fund will assist individuals to the best of its ability based on a means tested process. The UJIA Bursary Fund Committee guarantees complete confidentiality throughout the process and that the identities of the recipients of bursaries remain anonymous.

Process of application onlineAll form filling for Israel Tour will be online. On receipt of the initial application form and deposit of £350, you will receive an email which will contain:

» Your unique username and password» The payment schedule for the programme» Important Information and Terms and Conditions booklet» Other information concerning your Israel Tour

All you have to do is print off the information, read it carefully and then, using your unique user name and password, go online and complete the application and medical forms as soon as possible. All application and medical forms must be printed off, completed, signed and returned to us by Friday 27th February 2015.

It is VERY IMPORTANT on your initial application form that you identify (by ticking the box) which is the PRIMARY EMAIL ADDRESS to which the username and password will be sent and will be the main channel of communication.

THE FULL PRICE OF EZRA ISRAEL TOUR 2015 IS £2,850. The initial form together withdeposit of £350 should arrive no later than 1st February 2015. In the event ofcancellation, a £150 administration cost may be incurred.The balance must be paid by 1st May 2015 and deposits arenon-refundable after 3rd March 2015.The final deadline for applicationsfor financial assistance is20th January 2015.
