FIRST MONTH SUCCESS
It is a very difficult time with the crisis breathing down our necks, but some adapt and others get inspired. By saying this, I’m very happy with our first month. EFG isn’t an exception when it comes to a growing company and I want to thank everybody who has supported us so far, and is supporting us still, in this difficult time.

SO YOU WANT TO BE AN AUDIO GUY FOR GAMES?First of all, you have to realize that audio is rather a big concept just to learn. There are lots of side branches, some leaning towards programming, some leaning towards engineering and some focusing on composing or SFX. You can work on all these fields, sure. But you have to understand that each of these audio fields are quite distinct in characteristics from each other, they need lots of studying and hard work to polish. Working on all three means more.

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW
I’ve played games all my life, back from playing Donkey Kong at the arcades. I always thought that you needed math to make videogames because you needed to be a programmer. I didn’t know there were things like level designers and designers in videogames.I’ve always loved science, so I got a degree in genetics and I got a master’s degree in biochemistry and was on my way to a PhD, making recombinant viruses to carry specific genes to study animal models of respiratory diseases and I kind of thought; “Wait a minute, what am I doing here?”
