RFC – RFI Water chillers
�
DESCRIPTION
RFC – RFI water chillers, in conformity to CE standards, can be used to cool process and machines. They can be placed even in small areas, due to their small dimensions. Hydraulical and electrical connections, as well as maintenance have been simplified to the maximum, for easier installation and use. These chillers are standard equipped with insulated tank with cover (easy cleaning) and circulating pump. In order to follow user's needs, many alternatives and options are available. The range of application's temperature goes from +5°C to +20°C(standard), with possibility to extend it from -30°C to +40°C, according to request. Ambient conditions lie between +10°C and +40°C. For specific applications, limits can be extended (for example / -20°C to +55°C).

STANDARD EQUIPEMENTS
Hermetic compressor Regulation via electronic thermostat. Air condensing unit. Capillary (RFC02, RFC07), automatic expansion valve (until RFI45) and thermostatic expansion valve (From RFI80).
Polyethylene tank (RFC, RFI 30-45-80) Stainless steel tank (From RFI100). Refrigerant R134a (RFC) or R407c (RFI). Immerged copper evaporator (RFC). Special reinforced plate excahnger (high resistance to freeze (RFI).
Integrated circulation pump. Main switch (RFI) on front panel. Water level indicator. Electro galvanized painted cover RAL7032. Drain valve. Factory tested, ready to use.

KR(N)A water chillers, in conformity to CE standard, can be used to cool process and machines. Our AERO line offers a complete range of dry coolers from 30 to 1000 kW, with a large variety of options and versions, to provide the product that fits the best with your needs. Thanks to the wide range of our line, we can select for you a product that will satisfy all your constraints in terms of power, installation, noise level limitation or pressure drops minimizing.
The quality of our AERO line is ensured thanks to prime quality materials and the best components used for manufacturing: for instance, our standard line is equipped with EBM Papst or Ziehl Abegg fans. For every product, hydrostatic tests up to 33 bars are performed on every single battery.

COOLING TOWERS EURODIFROID
These cooling towers manufacturered by Desca*, covers a large range of applications in industry and air conditioning area. Thanks to our technical service’s skills and tools, we have opportunity to answer with the most adapted solution in accordance to your process.
Hot water coming from refreshed plant enters by (1) and circulates in distribution piping (2). Then, water is
pulverized in droplets thanks to nozzles (3). These droplets stream along the exchanger (4); this one has a very large exchange surface in order to improve evaporating ratio. Remaining water is collected in the tank (refrigerated) (5) or
by water recovery exchanger (9) this one allows to decrease water consumption of the unit. finally, water is stocked
and reintroduced in the installation (6). Air comes in (7). Hight capacity air flow is obtained by the fan (8), permiting evaporation phenomenon’s increase. The draft firstly circulate in the heat exchanger, then in the
separator. Then, it’s rejected in the air with low level of water percentage (10). Water losses are compensated by
automatic inlet water level (11).

DESCRIPTION �
End line chillers ECH (H) have been developed to cool industrial process or machine from an existing cold water loop supply. Compacts regarding floor occupation, they can also be wall mounted. Simple, their toughness gives them a long lifetime. They require few maintenance. An electronic thermostat with digital display available on the front panel allows the user to know at any time process' temperature, set in factory, access to operating point is also very easy.
CONSTRUCTION
End line chillers ECH(H) are made of a tank, a pump for fluid circulation and a heat exchanger. The frame is galvanized steel black painted and the cover is also a galvanized steel painted in RAL7032 and easily removable. Fluid connections are on the side.

Our news CT line is a range of packaged air conditioning units specifically designed for indoor control centers and telecommunication relay stations.
The conditioner's configuration can be adapted in order to be mounted inside or outside the room that needs to be cooled, according to your needs.
All units are provided with a free cooling system in their standard version, which allows significant energy saving when external conditions are suitable.
They are also provided with an integrated regulator and temperature and pressure probes.
All the conditioners are delivered with a remote control panel (for external units) or an integrated control panel (for internal units).
This line has been designed it be easily adapted to any kind of redundancy or centralized regulation and control of the conditioners in complex installations, including remote control.
The CT line includes units with cooling capacities from 5 to 10KW for both mounting configurations (external and internal) in single phase or three phase current. In addition, a 14KW cooling capacity unit exits for the external and internal configuration.

DESCRIPTION �
The CUS line is a range of outdoor packaged conditioning units designed and built to operate in industrial conditions, exposed to dust and vibrations, in high temperatures.
This specific line of air conditioners is suitable for cooling all types of electrical enclosures and containers. Every component is chosen to satisfy all the needs of these environments. Design has been thought to simplify the access to the internal parts and to minimize the maintenance. These units must be installed on the floor, on a horizontal surface.
The conditioners are provided with two thermostats that allow operators to set the required temperature of the cabinet to be cooled. The conditioners of the CUS line can be equipped with a condenser bypass system in order to protect the conditioner in extreme temperature conditions. They also can be supplied with an electrical to warm the cabin.

LINE DESCRIPTION �
The SMALL LABO line is a range of water chillers specifically designed to meet laboratories needs, which can be integrated as close to the experiments as needed in an air-conditioned atmosphere.
These units can be used to cool the water from rotary evaporators, distillation columns, as well as ICP, diffraction or X-ray devices.
Their design is optimized for a fast and easy commissioning: the whole range is equipped with a standard power cable and plug and heavy-duty casters, and their design makes the access to hydraulic joints very easy.
Two regulation levels ensure an accurate control of the water temperature (±0,2°C): a PID regulation on the hydraulic circuit, and a hot-gas bypass valve.
SMALL LABO water chillers ensure laboratory cost reductions: they are totally independent from the water network since once the water tank is filled; the chilling water is used in closed loop.
Our new SMALL LABO line offers a perfect solution to cool your laboratory systems with a better cost efficiency and a low noise level.
