• The DISC-theory is based on theories developed by early 20th century behavioral scientists. The theories identify four behavioral dimensions.

• Most behavioral analysis today builds on the results of Carl Gustav Jung, one of the original behavioral scientists.

• In the 1940’s and 1950’s the DISC-theory was refined from the original Jungian theory.

• Extended DISC® is a tool designed to help us improve our individual, team and organizational performance.

While we might think we see the world as it is, we in fact perceive it the way we are.

Imagine a team environment that ventures beyond mere tolerance and deems each team member, regardless of behavior, as able to make an irreplaceable contribution--as long as his or her uniqueness is sought out, embraced, and celebrated.

Most organizations consider their people to be their most valuable asset, which makes team turnover and mediocre team member performance a profoundly serious and expensive problem for nearly every manager.

If a tool only provides information that the user is already aware of, it has very limited value.  The Extended DISC Workshop and assessment is designed to provide information that makes an impact, is actionable and, most importantly, has a positive impact on performance.

“As a devotee of the Myers-Briggs I was curious, but skeptical about the claim that I could so

quickly be supplied with useful information about myself and my team. To my surprise and delight they delivered on their promise. . . and then some.”
