Canada is known worldwide as a multicultural country with
a vast range of cultural influences that create its distinct range
of customs and traditions. Proud for their unique identity,
Canadians stick out like a thumb in any country they visit, as
they take pride in being citizens of the world's 2nd largest
country in terms of total area.
Culture
- Foods: In Canada it is customary to eat three times a day.
- Punctuality: In Canada, timeliness is very important and get
two or three minutes late may be considered to be untimely
- Equality: Canada is a leader in human rights country. Women
have the same rights as men.
Customs
- Health and environment: Canadians love to exercise and eat
healthy. Like outdoor activities such as yoga, running, hiking
(walking in woods and mountains) and numerous sports.

treatment when you want to buy something or ask a service
- Traditional Music: The music of Canada has reflected the
diverse influences that have shaped the country. Aboriginals, the

Gastronomy: Canadian cuisine owes its origin to the indigenous
cultures that were inhabiting the country over the centuries. This
fact is why today the Canadian food is so varied and include all

Macaroni and cheese: Actually, it is an extremely simple dish,
since they are only macaroni and cheese. His popularity in Canada
is such that it is considered a national dish.
Poutine:
This dish is originally from Quebec (Canada) and consists of
chips spread with little cheddar cheese and cured meat sauce. The
