Exploring the Raspberry Pi

The Raspberry Pi was released in 2012 by the Raspberry Pi foundation. A Raspberry Pi is an inexpensive system on a chip (SOC) that was developed for people in poverty stricken areas. It is a cheap way for them to have access to a computer that can connect to the internet and external peripherals quite easily. It has recently been used for so many other purposes as well. The problem is relatively few people know its powerful capabilities. This project will fix this problem by displaying various uses for the pi as well as an instruction manual for those uses. The uses that will be displayed will benefit people in a modern society because the uses it has in poverty stricken areas have already been solved. Some of the things that will be displayed are a media box, a transportable computer, a streaming audio receiver , and a web server. There will most likely be more as I find more things that can be done.
