Investment in Nambia

Slide 4

Namibia is an attractive investment destination, having:

• Pro-mining jurisdiction with a long history of production,

• Highly favourable geology, hosting a significant mineralendowment in extensive mineralised systems,

• Host to a number of ‘Tier One’ assets including:Rossing Uranium Mine, Rio Tinto – Operational,

Skorpion Zinc Mine, Vedanta – Operational,Namibian Diamonds, NAMDEB – Operational,Navachab Gold Mine, Anglogold – Operational,Husab Uranium Project, SwakopUranium – Development,Tsumeb Copper-Lead Mine, Weatherly – Closed.

• Outstanding infrastructure including rail to port, roads, power, water and communications, as well as one of only fiveoperational copper smelters in Africa at Tsumeb.

Slide 5

• The Otavi Mountain Land (‘OML’) is located in northern Namibia, 400km north of the capital of Windhoek,

• The OML has a long history of mining dating back to the mid-19th

century when copper was discovered in the region,

• It hosts a number of distinctive and ‘high-value’ deposits including:Tsumeb Copper-Lead Mine - >25 Mt @ >5% CopperKombat Copper-Lead Mine - >12 Mt @ >3% CopperBerg Aukas Zinc Mine - >3 Mt @ >17% ZincAdenab Vanadium Mine - >2 Mt @ >1% Vanadium

• The Tsumeb Mine & Smelter Complex lies only 45 km to the north ofthe project area and is one of only five operating copper smelters inAfrica,

• The OML is serviced by network of well maintained and high qualityinfrastructure including rail to port (600 km), roads, high-voltagepower, telecommunications, reticulated water and key mininginfrastructure.

explore extend extractMining Infrastructure in the OML

Slide 6

A key attraction of the OML is its long history of mining, with theassociated culture and processing infrastructure. This includes:

• Tsumeb Copper Smelter (Dundee PM) – US$300 million upgrade inprogress, including work to double capacity but currently processes120,000 tonnes of concentrates per annum,

• Tsumeb Concentrator (Weatherly International) – on ‘care &maintenance’, largely intact 560,000 tonnes per annum circuit.Closed in 2008 due to low copper prices,

• Kombat Concentrator (Kombat Copper) – detailed engineeringreview underway with a view to restarting the project. It is a 400,000tonne per annum circuit, closed in 2008 due to low copper prices,

• Rail – network of rail through region, from the port at Walvis Bay toTsumeb & Grootfontein (with a dedicated siding at Guchab),

• Roads – paved and ‘made’ gravel roads throughout region,

• High Voltage Power - power throughout the OML region, sourcedinternally and from neighbouring countries including Zambia.

• Two key EPLs coveringover 800 km2,

• Host to at least fourrecognised base metaltrends, including twocopper-rich trends:

Lucas Post Cu-Pb-V, &

Kombat Cu-Ag Trends.

• Both copper trends covermore than 25km of strikeand are stronglymineralised,

• Sabres exploration is nowfocused on the KombatTrend and the delineationof resources at Guchab.

Guchab Copper Mining Centre

Slide 9Presentation to Investors, Sydney & Melbourne, May 2013

• The Kombat & Guchab mining centres were discovered andoperated in the early 1900’s,

• The Guchab mining area was worked as a series of shallow openpits, box cuts and adits, with the most extensive undergroundworkings in the ‘High Valley’,

• Early ores averaged more than 10% copper and were later handsorted to produce ore grading up to 33% copper,

• Mining in the area ceased in 1925, with only sporadic exploration inthe 1950’s and again in the 1970’s,

• Sabres exploration appears to show that Guchab is the easternextensions to the Kombat mine sequence with elevated surfacegeochemical sampling over more than 10 kilometres of strike, including soil samples at over 1% Copper and outcrop sampling atover 10% Copper.

• Sabre initiated diamond drilling of the Guchab area in July 2012.

Guchab – Diamond Drilling

Slide 11Presentation to Investors, Sydney & Melbourne, May 2013

• Sabre initiated a programme of reconnaissance drilling at Guchab in July2012 to test several zones of outcropping mineralisation,

• The drilling programme continues to intersect broad zones of coppermineralisation including:

Schlangental• Located in the valley immediately to the west of Guchab,

• Open pit workings in valley floor,

• Mapping shows sub cropping mineralisation on east-west trend,

• Sampling programme completed in preparation for RC drilling.

Eisernenhut (‘Iron Hat or Cap’)• The ‘Iron Hat’ forms the western portion of the Rodgerberg mining

area, immediately adjacent to the Eastern Adits at Guchab,

• ‘Rediscovered’ by SBR as part of recent reconnaissance work,

• Malachite-chalcocite-quartz stock work & breccia forms an iron-

silica-rich cap on a prominent hill overlooking Guchab,

• Minimal previous exploration although some ‘high-grade’ mining,

• Mapping & sampling programme in progress in preparation for

diamond drilling in the second half of 2013.

Investment Highlights

Slide 14

• Sabre holds an extensive ground position in the established Otavi

Mountain Land copper province, with outstanding infrastructure,

• Sabre’s exploration for 2013 will focus on the eastern Kombat Trend

between the Kombat Mine and Rodgerberg prospect, with a budget of

~A$4 million,

• Drilling is focused on the Guchab East area, with one rig operational and

a second rig to arrive on site at the end of May – continued drilling

success will rapidly increase the size of the deposit,

• Sampling completed at Schlangental (west of Guchab) in preparation for

reconnaissance drilling in the near future,

• Exploration will continue in the Kombat East target area to delineate

further targets for potential resource definition.
