Bermuda Triangle Shipwreck & Snorkeling – 1:30 – 4:30 p.m., $75 per personBermuda is home to over 200 square miles of the Atlantic’s most northerly fringe reef. Although beautiful, the reef is treacherous, and there are over 300 shipwrecks to prove it. On this trip you will visit a shipwreck site that is home to an abundance of coral and fish. You will be provided with quality snorkel equipment and full instruction for an up close and personal undersea experience.

Famous Homes and Hideaways – 2:00 – 4:00 p.m., $60 per personJoin us for an informative and highly entertaining sightseeing cruise. This tour will give you a wealth of well researched historical facts as well as lots of humorous personal stories about the island. Cruise along the shoreline to view charming colonial homes, painted in pastel colors, which are steeped in history, sneak a peak at “Millionaire’s Row” one of Bermuda’s most exclusive neighborhoods and see the homes of the rich and famous. Learn more about the island’s past and present, flora and fauna, and wonderful marine life as you gently cruise Bermuda’s exquisite turquoise blue waters.

Golf at Port Royal – 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (includes boxed lunch), $135 per personPort Royal Golf Course, situated in some of Bermuda’s most lush and beautiful ocean side terrain, is a popular and challenging golf course. No matter where you look (or lie), the genius of architect Robert Trent Jones is evident. Here, a freeform green set against the sapphire sea. There, a gracefully winding fairway skirting the coral cliffs. Watch out for well-trapped greens and bunkered fairways. They’ll demand your full concentration!

Homes and Garden Tour – 9:00 a.m. – 12 p.m., $70 per person This tour will take you through some of Bermuda’s oldest homes and gardens – rich in Bermudian history and culture. Your tour begins with a drive along Bermuda’s winding Harbor Road. From there you will head to The Bermuda Botanical Gardens, home to more than 1,000 varieties of plant life, transported in 18th and 19th centuries by seafarers. Moving on to the historic Verdmont Museum, whichis architecturally one of the most fascinating old houses in Bermuda. This house has remained virtually unchanged for nearly 300 years and has never enjoyed electrical power.

General Information: A deposit of $995 per room will hold your reservation. Balances are due no later than September 5, 2018. If a credit card is used for the deposit, the balance due will automatically be charged to your credit card on or about September 5, 2018.

Air: Group air travel is available as follows on a first come, first served basis:

Philadelphia Flight: Departing Philadelphia on October 10, 2018 at 10:50 a.m., non-stop to Bermuda arriving at 2:05 p.m. Return flight on October 14, 2018, departs Bermuda at 3:05 p.m., arriving at 4:30 p.m. Round trip cost is $576.06.

Transportation: A pre-arranged shared hotel shuttle can be scheduled and purchased through PAA for $25 per person one way. Taxis are also readily available at the airport and the hotel for your transfers. The cost of a taxi is approximately $55 one way.

Activities: All activities must be scheduled prior to September 5, 2018 to guarantee availability. After September 5, 2018, activity fees are non-refundable for any cancellations. Any activities scheduled after September 5, 2018 are based on availability and must be paid for when scheduling. Changes/additions made during the Conference are based on availability and will be billed accordingly at the conclusion of the Conference. Please note that changes/additions made during the Conference cannot be guaranteed and slots on trips will be filled first by attendees that preregistered. All programs have a minimum and maximum number of participants. If an activity is canceled due to lack of participation, the respective activity fee will be refunded.
