Brad is the Global Managing Partner, Supply Chain & Operations Officers Practice of Heidrick & Struggles and has more than 20 years of executive search experience. Based in Chicago, he is also a core member of the firm’s Consumer and Industrial practices. In addition, he works with top private equity firms to recruit CEOs, presidents and chief operating officers for companies seeking to drive lean enterprise transformations. He has conducted searches covering every functional discipline with a primary focus on general management, supply chain management and manufacturing operations.

Brad partners with Fortune 500, private equity and venture capital-backed companies to build their operations leadership teams at the most senior levels across many industry sectors including automotive, consumer durables, consumer packaged goods, financial services, food, industrial, life sciences and retail.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Brad was Executive Vice President & Equity Partner with a top 20 generalist boutique search firm. He began his search career with A.T. Kearney Executive Search, where he spent nine years as a primary member of the Consumer, Industrial and Global Operations and Supply Chain Management practices.

Brad earned his Bachelor of Arts from Drake University and Master of Business Administration from Webster University. He is a member of the Institute for Supply Management. He is also an Advising Member of Procurement 50.

Manisha Dhakad

Manisha Dhakad heads Google’s Payment Solutions team and has been with the company since 2007. Responsible for billions in payments disbursed annually, Manisha leads a team focused on day-to-day operations and on strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence across global cash disbursement processes.

With over 7 years of experience finding and developing talent, Manisha is a core member of Finance Operations hiring committee and facilitates a leadership development program for women at Google. Manisha has 15+ years of experience across Management Consulting, Finance, and Operations, specializing in building best-in-class global organizations and processes.

She holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Marc Hochman

Marc Hochman is a Partner with A.T. Kearney and has been with the firm for 16 years. In addition to client work across a diverse portfolio of industries, Marc also serves as Global Chief Operating Officer for A.T. Kearney Procurement & Analytic Solutions, is a member of the firm’s Americas Leadership Team with responsibility for Operations, leads A.T. Kearney’s global staffing function, and is a member of the firm’s U.S. and Global Investment Committees.

Prior to joining A.T. Kearney, Marc spent 12 years in industry working for Air Products & Chemicals and American Cyanamid where he held positions in cost engineering, applied R&D, energy management, finance, and procurement.

Marc holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and an MS in Management from the Krannert Graduate School of Management also at Purdue University. He currently serves as President of the Krannert School’s Board of Directors and is active in the Purdue Alumni Association.

Aaron is the Managing Partner of Murdoch Mason, a leading executive search firm and commercial strategy consultancy for consumer-facing industries. Aaron is based in Nashville, with partners in New York and Chicago. Prior to joining the firm, he spent more than 15 years setting up top performing procurement, supply chain, inventory management, operations, project management, and corporate strategy teams at high growth retail and e-commerce companies.

He is a recognized expert in procurement transformation, supply chain, commercial strategy, e-commerce, technology implementation, and greenfield procurement development, having built functions from ideation to implementation at multi-billion dollar companies during periods of peak growth, including Ulta Beauty and PetSmart.

Aaron holds an MBA from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.
