Haut Conseil de la santé publique AVIS relatif à la conduite à tenir autour des cas suspects de maladie Ebola 10 avril 2014 Le Haut Conseil de la santé publique a reçu le 1 er avril 2014 une saisine de la Direction générale de la santé concernant la conduite à tenir autour des cas suspects de maladie Ebola. Devant la gravité de cette infection et de cet épisode épidémique de fièvre hémorragique virale (FHV) Ebola en Guinée, le ministère a demandé le 25 mars 2014 aux établissements de santé, pour tout cas suspect de FHV Ebola, de prendre des mesures spécifiques et de renforcer les précautions d’usage. Il est demandé au HCSP d’émettre un avis sur les points suivants : - d’autres mesures additionnelles sont-elles à préconiser, en particulier vis-à-vis du risque hypothétique de transmission aérienne, du nettoyage des surfaces, etc. ? - quelle prise en charge concrète du patient avant le classement du cas ? Ces données sont susceptibles d’évoluer en fonction des connaissances et de la situation épidémiologique. Le Haut Conseil de la santé publique a pris en considération Le contexte épidémiologique actuel Les autorités sanitaires de la République de Guinée (Guinée Conakry) ont confirmé le 21 mars 2014 l’existence d’une épidémie d’infections par le virus Ebola sur leur territoire national. Le suivi de l’épidémie, coordonné par l’Organisation mondiale de la santé (OMS), fait état d’une extension en Sierra Leone et au Libéria. A la date du 7 avril 2014, le ministère de la santé de la République de Guinée a rapporté 151 cas cliniquement compatibles avec une infection par le virus Ebola, dont 35 ont été confirmés par PCR. Parmi ces 151, 95 sont décédés (létalité 63 %). Les cas ont été détectés dans les districts de Conakry, de Guekedou, de Macenta, de Kissidougou et de Dabola et Djingaraye. Au total, une infection a été confirmée biologiquement pour 14 professionnels de santé en République de Guinée, parmi lesquels 8 sont décédés. L’investigation des cas cliniques et confirmés, ainsi que la recherche des contacts des cas se poursuivent, et 535 contacts font à ce jour l’objet d’un suivi médical. Au Libéria, 16 cas au total sont recensés à ce jour dont 5 sont biologiquement confirmés et 10 sont décédés. Vingt-huit personnes font l’objet d’un suivi médical au titre de contacts de cas. Need to plan and implement your Experion® Process Knowledge System (PKS) C200, C200E or C300 Controller?
This course provides participants the ability to perform the following Experion PKS System tasks:
• Build control strategies in the Control Execution Environment that can be applied to the C200E (Chassis and PMIO), C300 (PMIO and Series C)
• Plan the C200, C200E and C300 controllers including the selection of appropriate I/O, redundancy and communications
• C200E Series A and C300 Series C IO configuration
• C300 Series C Reference IO configuration
• C200E and C300 Control Module configuration. This includes configuring Data Acquisition, Regulatory Control and Logic
• Perform Checkpoint Save and Restore
• C200E and C300 Sequential Control Module configuration. This includes the use of Steps and Transitions to implement process sequences
• The use of PMIO in C200E and C300 control strategies
• The use of productivity tools, Engineering Data Builder, Bulk Build, and Bulk Edit
The course presents the basic concepts and strategies needed to develop guidelines for effective and consistent planning of the system. It includes extensive hands-on lab exercises where participants will build and configure a Control Execution Environment applicable to the C200, C200E and C300.
