Selection Criteria: Individual applications

• Courses, Secondments & Top-ups for CESR (Article 14 route)

• Learning new skills, Postgraduate qualifications, Diplomas, etc

• Any other personal development which cannot be covered by study leave.

Spl Points: Selection criteria

• No limit to number of successful individual applications

• Money distributed among successful candidates

• Any shortfall to be borne by the applicant• Departments concerned compensated for the

absence

over the last 3 years• One successful CESR application and quite a few

awaiting PMETB/GMC decision• Aspirations have been met to become a Consultant• ↑ awareness of the fund with ↑ participation year
