Envivio Muse Live JITTr and Envivio Halo JITP are running on an HP Moonshot Media processing server optimized for video transcoding. The demo is hosted on the HP Moonshot server from HP’s lab in Houston. The content will be viewed at IBC in native resolution on a TV, and can be compared to different bitrates and formats streamed on tablets and smartphones.

Envivio’s Cloud DVR features are being powered by Intel® Xeon® processor E3-1200 v4. One of the unique features, only capable with Intel® Quick Sync Video (Intel QSV), is being demonstrated at Intel’s booth. Envivio Muse Live JITTr and Envivio Halo JITP use Intel QSV to transcode and package on the fly. This solution reduces storage 50-70% for operators and allows consumers to record from any device from anywhere.
