2. PAYMENT FORM

CONDITIONS

1) Transport, set up and dismantling included in the price (set ups and dismantling between 8h and 19h from Monday to Friday). Out of these parameters there will be an extra charge over these prices.

2) 18% VAT must be added to all prices. 3) The order will be firm from the payment of the total amount. The payment can be regularized by bank transfer to

4) Due to the constant renovation of stocks, we reserves the right, in case it is necessary, to change any element for a similar one.

5) All of the elements are on a rental basis, so if deteriorating, once installed, the exhibitor will be responsible for the damage caused in them.

6) Once finished the event, the furniture and the rest of the elements will be taken out, without being responsible of the items forgotten by the customer.

“Octanorm” walling system (Combination of white melaminated hard-board panels supported by white aluminium bars and rods)

Fascia board 43cm high long to run along the top front and top lateral sides of the stand.

Company name to be printed onto black vinyl using standard letters 10cm high (maximum 20 letters)

Lighting with halogen spotlight (100W for each 3sqm area)

1 main fuse box for each stand which comes with a 1000W-220V socket
