Welcome
Dear colleagues,
Next year, two important Congresses about pulmonology organized by two large scientific societies (ERS and
SEPAR) will take place in Barcelona. As you might expect the AEER too! That is why the approach chosen will be
mostly practical, due to there being significantly more workshops. In addition, we will have a different venue from last
year located next to Bellvitge Hospital where we will carry out clinical training on animals and corpses.
It will be a good opportunity to see the developments in respiratory endoscopy first hand as well as sharing the
knowledge and details of techniques that are carried out in other centers. I encourage you to participate actively in
the XIX Congress of the AEER. Lets start AEER Congress 2.0!

Terms and conditions:Rate
6sqm (3x2m) = 3.000€ +VAT (21%)
Rate include:
• Floor space of 6sqm (3x2m) (shell scheme not
included)
• 2 Exhibitor passes
• Inclusion of the Company logo in the Final Programme
Any other possible costs arising from modular booths,
such as electricity, furniture, etc. have to be requested
separately.
Cancellations: • From the organizers:
The Organizers may modify or cancel the exhibition if
unforeseen circumstances happen. In the event of a
cancellation, the Organizers will reimburse the exhibiting
company.
• From the exhibiting company:
In the event that the exhibiting company cancels its
participation in the Congress, the exhibiting company
must notify the Organizers in writing.
Reimbursement for cancellations:Before January 15th 2013 - 50% of the total amount.
After January 15th 2013 - no reimbursement will be
made.
Payment:50% of the total amount as a confirmation of the
reservation.
50% remaining will be paid before January 15th 2013.
If the exhibiting company does not observe these terms,
the Organizers may cancel the reserved space and rent
it to another exhibiting company without being obliged to
reimburse the deposit paid.
Confirmation of spaces:• Please send the Exhibition Form duly signed and
filled in with the bank transfer receipt to confirm the
reservation. Incomplete Exhibition Forms will not be
accepted.
• The 50% of the total amount will be requested as a
confirmation.
• The outstanding 50% will be paid before January 15th
2013.
The size and placement of modular stands and / or
open spaces may be amended or modified by security
or organizational reasons. Therefore, the Technical
Secretariat reserves the right to make such modifications
after consultation with those affected.
