TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The application form must be scanned and sent by the 27st March 2019 to:

[email protected]. Once received the application form we’ll proceed with the invoicing.

2. Payment must be done before the event by credit card or by bank transfer once the invoice is received.

3. All the material requested will be delivered directly to the booth during the set up.

4. The prices on the order forms are without VAT tax, 21%.

5. The extra elements requested after the 13th February 2019 or during the set up, will have an extra charge

of the 10%.

6. We cannot guarantee the availability of the elements requested after the deadline.
