Terms and Conditions

1. An exhibition stand booking can be reserved by contacting Vision Partnership (referred to in this document as ‘The Organisers’). The completed booking form and payment in full must be received within 14 days for the booking to be confirmed.

2. There is no VAT payable to The Organisers for exhibition stands or space at The Social Health Care Expo 2013.

3. Bookings received after 28/03/2013 must be paid in full before entry as an exhibitor will be allowed.

4. Cancellations must be made in writing to the organisers at the address on the booking form. In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply:

- Within 60 days prior to event - 50% of total cost. - Within 30 days prior to event - 75% of total cost. - Within 14 days prior to event -100% of total cost.

5. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, after or delay any booking where forced to do so by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disaster, national emergency, the act or omission of a third party or similar event outside

of The Organiser’s control.

6. In the event of uncontrollable circumstances preventing The Organisers from being able to fulfil contracted obligations, The Organisers liability shall be limited to a refund of any monies paid in relation to the booking, or a pro-rata refund in the event of a late start. No further compensation or expenses will be paid by The Organisers, irrespective of any loss of earnings.

7. The Organiser reserve to right to substitute hired equipment with equipment of similar type and value

in the event of previous loss or damage of booked equipment.

8. Any damages to hired equipment must be reported to The Organisers immediately. In the event of any damages, except by fair wear and tear, the hirer will be charged the full replacement cost.

9. The Organisers can accept no responsibility for any injury to exhibitors, colleagues and guests sustained whilst attending the event, or for loss or damage to personal property.

1. All equipment remains he property of Vision Partnership. Hereafter known as “The Owner”.

2. The Owner shall not be responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property arising from the use of any equipment under hire.

3. The company does not set-out, or erect any equipment.

4. Shortages, breakages and damage to equipment and/or packaging will be charged for according to The Owners standard rate applicable at the time hire.

5. All food debris must be moved from equipment before

returning goods, which should be washed, dried and returned in a clean condition. In the event of equipment being returned unclean, an extra charge will be made to cover the cost of labour and materials needed to return it to a serviceable condition.

6. The Owner must be informed immediately of any extension in the hire period and the hirer shall be charged extra accordingly.

7. The hirer shall at all times be responsible for insuring the goods, from the time of acceptance of the equipment until the time it is returned and accepted

back into the possession of the owner.

8. Goods must be available for collection at the delivery address unless otherwise agreed any extra expenses incurred where subsequent journeys are made necessary, will be charged accordingly.

9. No equipment will be accepted by The Owner other than that which has been hired and specified on the collection note. Any goods which The Owner reserves the right to dispose of it.

10. The hiring shall be deemed to continue until the goods

are made available to The Owner or returned to their possession.

11. In the event of a booking cancelled by the hirer less than 14 days prior to the delivery date 100% of the lost hire charges will be payable by the hirer to Vision Partnership (event organiser).

12. The Owners reserve the right to alter or amend the style or colour of the hire equipment supplied which will be subject to availability and to the manufacturer’s alterations.
