THE FIRE AUSTRALIA CONFERENCE IS ONE OF THE ‘MUST ATTEND’ FIRE PROTECTION INDUSTRY CONFERENCES IN THE SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE.
The Conference & Tradeshow will take place at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC) from 1-3 May 2018. Fire Australia 2018 will provide a platform for information exchange and a point of connection for all working in the Fire Protection industry to reflect on the challenges of the industry and to generate positive change and new opportunities.
The theme “Change. Challenge. Opportunities.” is expected to stimulate new conversations as well as explore in depth, the more traditional subject areas.
Various levels of sponsorship involvement are outlined in this document along with over 120 booth locations to select from which we are confident will assist you to achieve your marketing objectives. THE FIRE AUSTRALIA 2018 PROGRAM WILL CONTINUE TO ADVANCE THE FIRE PROTECTION INDUSTRY WITH THIS YEAR’S CONFERENCE THEME “CHANGE.CHALLENGE.OPPORTUNITIES.”
The Brisbane Exhibition & Convention Centre will host Fire Australia 2018 between Tuesday 1 and Thursday 3 May 2018.

HOST ORGANISATION: FIRE PROTECTION ASSOCIATION AUSTRALIA
Fire Protection Association Australia (FPA Australia) is the national peak body for fire safety that provides information, services and education to the fire protection industry and the community.
FPA Australia supports and represents accredited and competent practitioners working across all disciplines of the fire protection, building and construction industry.
The Association is supported by approximately 1,500 members consisting of leading companies, organisations and individuals around Australia with a growing reach of up to 30,000 people operating across every aspect of the fire protection, building and construction industry.
Association members include manufacturers and suppliers of fire protection products and services, fire-fighters, building owners, insurers, designers and building surveyors, government and legislators, educators, bushfire consultants and anyone else working as part of the fire protection community to provide a safer environment for all Australians.
FPA Australia is a not-for-profit organisation employing more than 40 people at its national head office, with other resources positioned in other states. The Association also has training centres located in Melbourne and Sydney.
The Association’s sole focus is to continually develop the industry across all aspects of fire protection and reinvest into the sector to achieve improved safety outcomes.

1 Exposure in marketing materials, official documents and electronic mediums is determined by confirmation of sponsorship before print deadlines. To maximise exposure, please confirm your participation by the earliest date possible.
2 The delegate list will exclude any delegates who have withheld permission to publish their details. The list will contain the delegates’ name, organisation and registering email address only and will not include contact details.
3 All inserts and promotional items provided by a sponsor as part of their package must be approved by the Fire Australia 2018 Organising Committee and must be submitted by the due date for inclusion in delegate satchels as notified by the Fire Australia 2018 Organising Committee.

BOOTH INCLUSIONS
There are 115+ exhibition booth spaces available (see floorplan opposite). If you wish to purchase multiple booths or make modifications, book early to avoid disappointment.
Each booth will be constructed by a professional exhibition contractor and will include the following:
• A top banner (Fascia sign) featuring your company name and FPA Australia membership level (if applicable)
• 2 x 150-watt spotlights
• 1 x 4 amp power point
• 1 x complimentary conference entry (does not include admission to charity dinner)
• 2 x complimentary catering passes per day

Terms and Conditions – Completion of this application form is an acceptance of the Fire Australia 2018 Exhibitor Terms & Conditions as published on the Fire Australia website. I understand that exhibition spaces and sponsorship packages will only be allocated upon receipt of application and deposit monies. If deposit is not paid within 3 days of receipt of application, selected exhibition and sponsorship options may be offered to other interested parties. The organiser’s decision is final.
Cancellation Policy – I understand that in the event of the cancellation of my booth, monies paid will not be refunded unless all available exhibition space is sold. Any applicable refunds will not be processed until after the conclusion of the conference. In the event that the balance payment is not paid by the due date, the organisers may cancel my booth and a refund will only be payable if all exhibition space is sold.
