2011 RISDGraphic DesignMFA Thesis Show

The Graphic Design Thesis Show is a group exhibition presented as part of the Rhode Island School of Design’s annual Graduate Thesis Exhibition. The Graduate Exhibition shows the work of Masters’ candidates from 16 disciplines in a temporary gallery space installed in the exhibition halls of the Rhode Island Convention Center.

Yale 2009 Graphic DesignMFA Show

The works the students made in graduate school, though they do not appear in the exhibition in physical form, are described by the video loops and the publication. The exhibition is a single, collaborative work where re-representational video outline the space the students’ graduate projects would occupy.

Vivid Sydney 2012 City Life by The Electric Canvas

Sydney was transformed into a spectacular light show with music when Vivid Sydney took over the city after dark from 25 May 2012 for few nights. The façade of a building becomes an aerial view of a city street grid complete with planes, trains, helicopters, buses, cars and bustling commuters. The iconic Sydney Opera House moved and grooved too as it seems to wriggle at the sails’ seams.

3D Projection Mapping promoting The Tourist Movie in Dallas

This building projection was to promote the new movie “The Tourist” starring Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp. The Joule Hotel in downtown Dallas hosted a party with this 3D architectural mapping projection art show, it was projected on the Praetorian Building at 1607 Main Street. The size of the projection was 80’ x 80’.

Hyundai Accent 3D Projection Mapping

The 3D Projection Mapping installation was created to demonstrate Hyundai’s new positioning. A car was hanging together with a stuntman on a vertical building. Horizontal and vertical 3D video projection was used to create a virtual street.
