Rules & Regulations of participation :-

a)

Application for participation is to be made on this form. Acceptance of participation & exhibits will be at the sole discretion of `CEMS-Global'. By signing this form, the Exhibitor / Company agrees to all Terms & Conditions of CEMS-Global and any other supplementary Terms issued later.

b)

Full participation charges are payable along with the application. Balance payment, if any, will have to be made on demand.

c) Space [Booth(s)/ Stall(s)] will be available on First-Come-First-Serve basis.

d) The Interior design of the Stall will have to be made within the architectural controls specified by `CEMS-Global'.

e) No stand should be left unattended during the Exhibition & exhibits must not obstruct passages.

f)

No exhibits will be allowed to be taken out of the Exhibition premises without `Exit Letter' obtained by ``CEMS' from the `CEMS-Global'

g)

Exhibition premises Exit letter or Booth Allocation letter will only be issued after all Booth charges has been paid to `CEMS-Global'.

h) `CEMS' will provide security arrangements. No other security agency, etc will be allowed to operate.

i)

Work of construction of Stand/Stall, Decoration, Cargo handling can be availed by the participants only from those contractors who are registered with `CEMS’. Please obtain necessary permission from `CEMS’ office. No other

Contractors will be allowed to provide service for the above Exhibition. `CEMS' reserves the right to levy & recover

penalty from the Exhibitor in case of any damages to the Exhibition Area.

j) Once completed/ signed Application form & Stall / Booth charges are received, no refund requests will be entertained.

k) In the event of violation of the above rules or any other rules specified by `CEMS-Global' including any activity amounting to nuisance or annoyance to the exhibition by any Exhibitor, `CEMS’ will have the right to take remedial action against that Booth / Company and to close down the booth of the participant, if necessary.

l) Booking of Booth / Space will automatically be cancelled by `CEMS-Global' without intimation if full participation / Booth charges are not received one month prior to Exhibition date. Once Booking / Amount received by `CEMS-Global’, no cancellation / refund requests will be entertained.

The decision of `CEMS-Global' or their nominee will be final and binding on the participants on the interpretation of rules & regulations. Sub-letting of Booths is not allowed
