GROUP EXERCISE GUIDELINES1 Foryoursafetyandasacourtesytoothers,pleasearriveontime.Late
arrivalsmaybeturnedaway.Pleasedonotenteraclassbeyondfiveminutesafterthescheduledstarttime.Participantsmaynotjoinanyclassafterthewarm-upperiod.
2 Pleasereturnallpropsandequipmenttotheappropriateplacesafteruse.
3 Allpool,cycling,TRX,BodyFlex,BounceandBOSUclassesrequiresign-up.
4 Sign-upbeginsonehourbeforeeachclassattheFrontDesk.EachpersonMUSTregisterforhimorherselfinperson,noexceptions.
5 Ifyouarenewtoexercise,pregnant,havebackproblemsoranylimitations,pleaselettheinstructorknowbeforeclass.
6 Pleasefollowinstructor’sdirection.Classesareagroupactivity,however,youcontroltheintensityofyourownworkout.Classesmaybeadaptedtoalllevelsandmodificationsarewelcome.Ifyouhaveanyconcerns,informtheinstructorpriortotheclass.
