Introduction
The purpose of this course is to train users of the Automated Nationwide System for Immigration Review(ANSIR) and Board of Immigration Appeals Processing (BIAP) to comprehend and properly use the newCase Access System for EOIR (CASE). Training will be accomplished by instructor-led exercises andindependent practice supported by the CASE Data Entry Lesson Plan.
The Lesson Plan is organized as follows:
1. The first feature of the Data Entry Lesson Plan instructs users on functions necessary to operate basicfeatures of CASE and provides exercises to practice new skills. It is divided into nine lessons, eachcomposed of a walkthrough followed by independent exercises and one large Master Calendar exercise.
2. The second feature in the Data Entry Lesson Plan is a collection of workflow processes that will act as areference guide. Each workflow process will serve as a step-by-step guide to help easily navigate throughthe CASE system.

Notes:
Hearings have to be scheduled in CASE before theycan appear on the judge’s DAR Docket. If cases arenot appearing in the judge’s DAR Docket, the legalassistant should schedule the hearing in CASE and thejudge must refresh the DAR Docket. The case shouldappear.

Log in to CASE
Click the Start button on the taskbar
Click CASE Session 1
Click OK to close the security warning box
Enter username and password in the login fieldsof the login page
Click Login
Select a Printer Profile
Select the correct printer profile from the CurrentPrinter Profile drop-down list
