Before the beginning of Totality of Project Management (TPM)
Program, we conduct a half hour Pre-Test called 'Project
Management Knowledge Quotient' (PMKQ) Test. It is then
compared with the average score of the marks obtained by
the participants in CIPM Exam.
A participant will also be eligible to get certification from International
Association of Project Managers (IAPM), Liechtenstein.
CIPM certification is recognised by International Association of
Project Managers (IAPM). Depending upon the experience, one will
either become Certified Project Manager (CPM) or Certified Senior
Project Manager (CSPM) from IAPM by paying a small fee. It is a
major additional global qualification for a participant.

Before the beginning of Advanced Project Risk Management (APRM)
Program, we conduct a half hour Pre-Test called 'Project Management
Knowledge Quotient' (RMKQ) Test. It is then compared with the
average score of the marks obtained by the participants in CrtPRM
Exam.Since 2011, i2P2M follows the practice of conducting a Risk Management Knowledge Quotient (RMKQ) test prior to the start of the Module 3. It is a 30 minutes test covering 20 questions related to 7 stages of risk management. At the completion of Module 3, Certicate in Project Risk Management (Cr tPRM) Examination is conducted and the average score of the exam is calculated. An improvement by a factor of 2.8 was observed for 1495 participants.
