Location of the Property

• Pantabangan is a first-class municipality located in the province of Nueva Ecija.

• It is the location of the Pantabangan Dam, said

to be Asia’s second largest dam, which supplies irrigation water for around 80,000 hectares of agricultural land and water for 3 hydroelectric power plants.

• The municipality currently has a population of just over 27,000 people.

• The area is complete in basic infrastructure and is accessible via the Pantabangan-Canili- Basal-Baler road.

located in Barangays Malbang, Cambitala, and Tanawan in Pantabangan.
