INTRODUCTION

Over many years, the inventor and others invested much time and money to develop the AEROS System©. Industry

experts agree that AEROS is the best solution ever conceived to control large marine oil spills and that as soon as it is

proven with live oil spill recovery demonstrations, industry and governments from around the world will embrace and

support this technology that will radically improve (finally) capabilities to effectively control large marine oil spills.

Numerous countries have expressed serious interest subject to live oil spill recovery demonstrations with a prototype.

DESCRIPTION OF THE AEROS SYSTEM

AEROS, the world’s first and only non-dispersant “Airborne Emergency Response to Oil Spills” is a patented solution to

control more effectively large marine oil spills, including oil tanker spills (like the Exxon Valdez spill), offshore oil rig

disasters (like the BP Deep Horizon disaster), the Gulf War oil spill, and any other kind of large marine oil spill.

The AEROS System is controlled by satellites and is dispatched to the scene of an oil spill by heavy drop-load cargo

aircraft, such as the C-130 Hercules aircraft, the Lockheed L-100 or the ILYUSHIN IL-76 aircraft, parachuting AEROS into

the disaster site within hours of a spill report. This rapid response overcomes the slow reaction times involved with

conventional ship-borne oil spill response systems such as conventional booms and skimmers. With AEROS, rapid

containment and recovery of the spill begins before it can spread beyond human capacity to respond effectively.

Conventional oil spill remediation typically recovers less than 5% of large spills. The environment is left to absorb the

rest. The AEROS system is designed to recover up to 90%+ of the spilled oil, depending on sea state (excluding the

evaporated hydrocarbons in the first hours of the spill). Because AEROS is unmanned, it avoids risks to human crews

caused by toxic hydrocarbon vapors and inherently dangerous operations on the surface of the ocean.

Can AEROS work? There are numerous independent assessments and testimonials about AEROS (available on

request). To date, AEROS is the only known system that combines rapid airborne response and high-volume,

efficient recovery of large marine oil spills.

CURRENT STATUS OF THE TECHNOLOGY

Basic design engineering is completed and patent protection is in place. Strategic alliances have been forged with

established companies that possess the ideal experience and proven capabilities to be able to build a successful

prototype of the AEROS System. Technological risks re the AEROS System have been addressed and properly resolved.

WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP?

The next step is to secure the financing for the construction, testing and live oil spill recovery demonstrations of a fully

operational AEROS prototype system. The budget is estimated at US$5.5Million. Pristine Oceans Group can offer a

major equity stake to any suitable organization able to provide the mezzanine financing.

DUE DILIGENCE RE INDUSTRY ACCEPTANCE & TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY

To facilitate due diligence as to the feasibility (and insignificant technological risk) of developing a successful product

based on this technology, the following industry experts may be contacted after confirming with Mr. Sullivan:

1) Don Darling, MSME(MIT), President, SeaRobotics Corporation, Jupiter, Florida

Dr. David Kortenkamp, PhD, P.Eng., President, TRACLABS Inc., Houston, Texas

To facilitate due diligence as to the potential global market and acceptance of this technology by the oil industry, the

following senior oil spill experts can be contacted:

Dec Doran, President, Oil Spill Control Services Inc.

STRATEGIC BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PLAN:

Following the planned live oil spill recovery demonstrations of the technology, there are many countries that have

expressed a willingness to support and participate in this venture. Also, major oil companies have expressed serious

interest in supporting/acquiring the technology after the proposed oil spill recovery demonstrations. At this stage, the

company and the technology will have very substantial value and huge growth potential. At this point the company

will have at least 2 main options: A) to become acquired by a large global company; or, B) to go public and provide a

turnkey service on a global scale (this would likely involve the creation of operating joint ventures in numerous

countries).

Depending on the market response to the live oil spill recovery demonstrations, it may be justified to finance the

construction of 2 or more ERBs simultaneously.

TIMELINES FOR ACHIEVING FULL OPERATING STATUS & CASH FLOW:

As soon as the mezzanine funding $5.5M is secured, the following timelines will apply:

-Complete construction of AEROS Prototype at SeaRobotics Corporation: Month 10

-Develop AEROS System operating software code at TRACLabs Inc.: Month 10

-Integration of hardware with software operating systems Month 11

-Public Demo Live Oil Spill Recovery Demos: Month 12

-Secure Financing for the initial ERB(s): Month 13-14

-Complete construction of equipment, set-up & launch of fully operational Base #1: Month 30

-Complete construction of equipment, set-up & launch of fully operational Base #2: Month 36

MANAGEMENT TEAM & COMPANIES THAT WILL BUILD THE PROTOTYPE :

A world-class project development team has been assembled that is motivated and stands behind the project. The

two main associate companies selected to build, test, and demonstrate the prototype are well-known, highly qualified

U.S. groups, namely: TRACLabs Inc., and SeaRobotics Corporation.

TRACLabs Inc., Houston, TX: Robotics engineering specialists and prime contractors to NASA. Website:

www.traclabs.com. Dr. David Kortencamp, PhD, P.Eng., President.

SeaRobotics Corp., Jupiter, FL: Extensive experience in the field of engineering, construction, and testing of satellite-

controlled robotic marine vessels. www.searobotics.com. Don Darling, MSME(MIT), President.

SALES & PROFITS: From the commencement of commercial operations in Month 30, the key financial projections are

as follows: Total Revenues (Yr.5) = $2.05 Billion; Gross Profit (Yr.5) = $1.4 Billion. (Detailed projections available).

COMPETIVE SUMMARY:

There is no competitive technology known that can match the AEROS system in:

- Speed of response (20 times faster than all conventional ship-borne response systems);

- Process capacity and efficiency (each system processes 400-2,000 gallons per minute);

- Versatility of application (oil tanker incidents, off-shore oil rig disasters, wartime oil

spills like the Gulf War, etc.);

- Human safety;

- Rate of recovery of spilled oil.

The AEROS System is rapid and versatile with high-volume oil recovery efficiency. It operates

day and night and since it is unmanned it avoids all risks to human safety.

Once on scene, two Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUV Boom Tugs) position containment booms using satellite-

based GPS guidance. The booms collect and channel oil contaminated water to a third vehicle, the AEROS Hydra-Head

AUV©, featuring the patented AEROS hydrocyclone oil/water separation System. (See photos on following pages).

of the vortex, water molecules (because they’re heavier) spin to the outside. Due to a controlled pressure differential

at the two ends of the hydrocyclone, the dark stream of crude oil in the center of the cone-shaped separation

chamber is actually moving to the LEFT, where it is being drawn off through the center of the vortex.

Notice the absolutely clean water exiting from the water collection chamber (left side) after being separated from the oil-water

mixture as shown in the previous photo. Black oil exits from the oil collection chamber (right side) after being separated from the

oil-water mixture. The AEROS system is extremely efficient and can effectively separate oil and water even with sudden surges in

the oil content of the liquid intake stream.

Bench model of the AEROS Hydra-Head AUV. The full scale vehicle will be operated by satellite-GPS telemetry

systems. This model is operated by a RF hand-held remote control module and demonstrates the vehicle's robotic

marine propulsion system that does not disturb nearby surface water and provides 360° maneuverability as well as

rotation both clockwise and anti-clockwise. These capabilities increase crude oil recovery efficiencies.
