We depart early in the morning from our arranged

pick up points making our way to Valencia.

When we arrive to the town, we will take a

panoramic tour of the town seeing, the flower

bridge, oceanographic, opera house, arts and

science museum, towers of "quart and Serrano",

arch of Triumph and the station.

We will have free time to visit the central market

with it's decorative dome of ceramic oranges and

lemons. After this you can explore the wonderful

array of market stalls and purchase your wares.

We will then head off to the natural park of

Albufera, where we will see the rice fields of

Valencia. Here we will have lunch of typical

Valenciana paella. Following lunch we will take a

relaxing boat trip down the rice lagoons

observing many of the species of wild birds that

can be found there. We will then return to our

point of origin.

Albacete where we will be visiting a bodega called

Don Florentino but, it is not just any simple wine

tasting tour, this one is really something very special

We will continue with a tour of the vineyards, which,

is such an interesting tour and we know you will

Day 1.- Early morning departure in the direction of Avila making comfort stops on the way. Check in at the hotel and free time to enjoy this beautiful city.

Day 2.- After breakfast we continue our journey Northwards to Galicia.

Day 3.- Visiting Pontevedra, the regions capital, passing through ruas and squares and the ruins of Santo Domingo, Colegiata, la Peregrina and the Provincial Museum. Free time, then on to Combarro, a small beautiful village, one of the prettiest in Galicia with plenty of time to sample probably the best shellfish in the area. After a full day out, back to the hotel for dinner.

Day 4.- Departure after breakfast to A Corua the capital of the Ras Altas which is very elegant and conserves its original splendour and beauty and, of course, history. After a panoramic tour there is plenty of time before meeting and making our way to Santiago de Compostela to visit one of the five saints cities with a marvellous Cathedral and square of the Obradoiro which displays four monuments of very different styles. Back to the hotel for dinner and time at your leisure.

Day 5.- After breakfast on route to Portugal, famous for amongst many things- its coffee and excellent Porto wine visiting Valenza do Mio. Then to Monte de Santa Tecla with come breath-taking view for photographs. A stop in Baiona which is known as the Marbella gallega as it is such an elegant city and you have some free time for a stroll or to shop here before returning to the hotel for dinner.

Day 6.- After breakfast we make our way to the Island of la Toja, a small island with famous spa water, discovered centuries ago by a donkey as the legend goes. (You will hear all about why). There is an optional boat trip which is not to be missed, one of the highlights when you can sample fresh prawns and mussels from the rea along with excellent local wine. Afternoon free for shopping in Vigo before returning to the hotel for dinner.

Day 7.- After breakfast vacate and make our way back home with the usual comfort stops on route.
