DAY 3 | BerchtesgadenDelve into dramatic chapters of World War II and Nazi history at the Documentation Center. A breathtaking ascent in special coaches takes you to the top of a granite peak for a tour of the Eagle’s Nest, the infamous teahouse built for Adolf Hitler on his 50th birthday. Enjoy a scenic cruise on Lake Koenigssee, nestled amidst the mountains of Berchtesgaden National Park, and a visit to St. Bartholomew Island. Return to the Althoff Seehotel Überfahrt. meals b+l

DAY 4 | Travel to MunichA guided tour of Neuschwanstein offers fascinating insight into King Ludwig II.
