PACKS THAT PROTECTIt all starts with our unique lightweight packaging material, featuring up to seven protective layers that prevent light and air affecting a pack’s contents. This protective material comes in a range of barriers and structures to match different product types and consumer segments.
To create this material, it takes a lot of specialised processes, including coating, colour printing, creasing and cutting to produce preformed, readytofill carton sleeves. These sleeves are easy to feed into SIG filling machines producing up to 24,000 packs an hour and are supported by more than 270 package options for formats, volumes and openings.

ASEPTIC TECHNOLOGYOur engineering expertise continues at the construction, installation and running of automated filling machines using aseptic technology. The aseptic process is one of the safest ways to package liquid food and beverages. It helps retain nutrients, flavours and colours, and results in a product with a shelf life of up to 12 months without refrigeration.
Our combination of aseptic technology and carton sleeves enables unbeatable changeover times for format, volume and design, and unique filling capabilities. This means customers can meet today’s product needs and quickly react to changing demands and trends, such as plantbased milks, yoghurt snacks with real fruit, breakfast drinks with cereal grains, and smoothie soups.
GLOBAL SERVICETo ensure each filling line runs like clockwork, we utilise a technical service network of more than 550 field service engineers with a range of flexible services designed to prepare, run and optimise filling operations.
Our services include everything from remote and digital services to customised agreements that get the best possible performance out of every line. This means customers can realise the full potential of their plants and focus on giving consumers the best possible product.
