STATEMENT OF NEED: Standard issue uniform utility belts and their after-market competitors, lack function when used under combat conditions where time is critical and seconds count. Battlefield and tactical rescue scenarios require personnel to put on and secure their utility trousers in a moments notice. USE: SKEDCO Combat Utility Belts are used as improved after-market replacements for the issued uniform belt where durability, security, strength and speed of application are critical. Where tactical operations and job requirements involve a risk of exposure to extreme heat or potential flashover such as assaulters, air crew, combat vehicle crewmembers or Firefighter/HAZMAT personnel, the fire-retardant variants may be of particular value, especially when combined with other fire-retardant protective ensemble. Operator SAFETY is paramount, along with Fit, Form and Function. The material strength and sewing of the above belts allow them to be used as an expedient cinch strap when required.

DIMENSIONS: The Standard Belt Sizes Available Are: SMALL (S): Fits 26”-30” Waist; MEDIUM (M): Fits 30”-35” Waist; LARGE (L): Fits 35”-40” Waist; EXTRA-LARGE (XL): Fits 39”-44” Waist *For belt sizes not listed above, contact SKEDCO to place a special order.

SPECIAL INFORMATION: The Combat Utility Belt and Instructor’s Belt (Improved Rigger Type) is available in the following colors: BLACK (BK), COYOTE BROWN (CB), FOLIAGE GREEN (FG) or OLIVE DRAB (OD). The Combat Utility Belt-Fire-Retardant and Instructor’s Belt-Fire-Retardant (Improved Rigger Type) is only available in BK=BLACK (BK). When ordering, replace the XX with the appropriate two letter color code desired.
