Background:

The system package was designed to treat produced water for well injection to increase the well production. The unit were also capable to operating with high turndown to maximum flow rate of 5000 bwpd with capability to run 24 hours per day and 7 days per weeks. The system are consist of Raw Water Filter, Cartridge Filter and Iron Filter.

Background:

PetroChina International (Bermuda) Ltd. Plans to develop South Payao-1 Wellhead located in South Payao Field, Sorong – West Papua. This wellhead expected to produce 0.8 ~ 4.5 MMSCFD of associated gas. The associated gas from South Payao-1 Wellhead will be delivered to Walio Power Plant as a Fuel Gas.

The project consisted of development of South Payao pipe line from South Payao well site to South Payao Receiving Terminal consist of 11 km pipeline; and Receiving terminal. The receiving Terminal consisted of Launcher, Receiver, Gas Scrubber and Dehydration Package, all associated piping, electrical and instrumentation.

Scope of Supply and Work:

1. Detail Engineering Design for overall New Gas Plant covering the process, mechanical, piping, structural/ civil and Electrical & Instrumentation Design.

Background:

PetroChina International (Bermuda) Ltd. Plans to develop South Payao-1 Wellhead located in South Payao Field, Sorong – West Papua. Background:

Background:

The project is to develop new 1.73 km of 10” Subsea Gas Export Pipeline from new MDK WHP to tie-in at MDA WHP to MBH WHP 20” Gas Pipeline.

The scope of work are:1. Develop Corrosion Study and Material Selection Report.2. Develop Pipeline Design Specification and Pipeline Installation Specification.3. Pipeline Design Calculation including Wall Thickness Calculation, Tie-In Study

8. CP21A Manyar Offstake Station for Gas Plant Development (2015)Client: PT Pacific Process Engineering - PPEnd User: PT PGN

Background:

PGN plans to develop a new gas distribution pipeline from Gresik – Lamongan – Tuban to the new buyer in the Gresik area. The gas will be tapped from 12” Existing Line near the Desa Suci and using 24” line the pipeline will be routed and end up at the Desa Sembayat. The distance from Desa Suci to Desa Sembayat is approximately 11.5 km.An Offtake Station will be provided at 7 km from Desa Suci at Manyar area. The Manyar Offtake Station will be design to receive a 100 MMSCFD of natural gas through the 16” branch line. The Manyar Offtake Station shall be designed with provision for the future connection line and associated piping and instrumentation system.The natural gas received at Manyar Offtake Station shall be measured and regulated to the required pressure. Manyar Offtake Station shall consist of shutdown system, filtering system, metering system, regulating system, utility system (Diesel Fuel, Utility & Instrument Air, Utility & Fire Water), Fire & Gas System and other necessary ancillaries.

9. Gas pipeline, gas offtake station, CNG Plant and Power Plant ProjectClient or End User: PT GJE (Gemilang Jabung Energy) Jambi

Background:

PT GJE plans to develop new 5 MMSCFD gas pipeline and gas offtake station at West Tanjung Jabung area. The offtake gas will be allocated with approximately 3 MMSCFD for power plant, and a maximum of 2 MMSCFD for future allocation. The facility will consists of 2.751 km pipeline, independent Shutdown Valve, 1x100% Gas Filter, 2x100% Three (3) MMSCFD Gas Metering Package and 2x100% Two (2) MMSCFD Gas Metering Package. The provision of online Gas Sampling System (i.e. online Gas Chromatograph) shall be provided for future connection. The expected gas operating condition from BGP is 400 Psig @ 150 deg. F (at tie-in point), this gas will flow through the 2.751 km pipeline and received at GJE gas offtake station. After the gas filtered in gas filter package, the gas will be divided into three (3) stream. First stream to 3 MMSCFD gas metering package, second stream to 2 MMSCFD gas metering package and third stream will be blocked and blinded for future connection. The provision of additional line for future metering package shall be provided, completed with block and bleed valve and blinded.The utilities such as utility water system and power generation system shall be provided to support daily activities of the new facilities.The safety and fire protection system shall be selected and assure the optimum protection of the facilities.
