All of our silicone products are innately compatible with human tissue, resistant to fluids and bacteria, easy to sterilize, flexible, and comfortable. The absence of addititves such as lotions and oils in the silicone reduces the risk of infections and allergic reations.TM

Suspension Sleeves Evolution's Suspension Sleeves can be used for sealing, suspension, and high vacuum socket designs. Sizing & Options

The Natural is made with the same high quality silicone in our Origin liners without any of the silking additives in the silicone mixture. This creates a clear, tacky, odor free silicone liner that represents the natural properties of silicone for patients that prefer tacky liners that have more traction and/or those that have sensitive limbs.

For all lifestyles and activity levels, Evolution’s hip liners can be custom made or ordered in standard sizing. Our custom hip liner is designed by a certified prosthetist to your specifications and are made from either a positive cast, negative cast, or an AOP file. Evolution Mounting Plates are built on a solid cut aluminum base designed for strength, versitility, and easy installment. The tie-in groove allows carbon fiber and fiberglass to be tied in effortlessly, while the plate lamination dummy keeps the plate clean during layup. The Low Profile Mounting plate is designed for patients up to 250 lbs or K1 to K3 levels. The Standard Mounting Plate is recommended for patients above 250 lbs or with high activity levels.

Alignment PlatesThe Evolution Alignment Plates' M6 x 1.00 holes allow for easy movement of any 4 bolt pattern anywhere on the plate for simple and accurate dynamic alignment on the check socket. After alignment is complete, transfer the alignment plate out for any standard size Evolution mounting plate in an alignment jig for placement on the definitive socket. After transfer, the alignment plate can be reused for the next patient's check socket.

Note: Alignment Plates are not to be used with lock systems.

TipsThe Plate Lamination Dummy is used to keep the mounting plate clean from resin and other materials during fabrication and is compatible with all of Evolution’s standard sized mounting plates.

These are the very same fabrication supplies we use everyday after testing many suppliers and manufacturers. Thinking everyone should have access to the same materials we feel we can rely on, we’ve made our supplies available to the public to order in bulk or smaller quantities. Let us know if you have questions about the processes that we use.

PETG is available in 3 different thicknesses, and is the same PETG used in our fabrication. PETG is sold in 16” x 16“ sheets. Different PETG thicknesses for more varied uses.

Carbon fiber and fiberglass are bought and sold by the pound. According to the manufacturer, the material length can vary depending on how tight it is stretched. The average length per pound for each material is listed below.

Check Sockets De�nitive Sockets CustomizationFor check sockets or temporary sockets, our Central Fabrication team has many available options for you to choose from. They create check sockets as the first stage of the socket making process to ensure the best fit possible before creating the definitive socket. We offer check sockets in PETG and Thermolyn.

All of our definitive sockets are made from a special weave and weight of premium grade carbon fiber that results in a lighter, stronger socket your patients can count on day after day. We do both standard definitive sockets, double walls, and hip sockets with a rapid turnaround time of three to five business days.

You get complete control on exactly which components go into the definitive socket, and can ship parts to our facility. Color and t-shirt customization as well as the option for a double wall socket is also available. We recommend liquidblue.com for t-shirts because the ink is reliable and doesn’t bleed in the setting process.

Meet Chris; one of our certified prosthetists and the watchful eye and guiding hand for many of the operations at Evolution Industries, Inc. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family, friends, and her animals.

Meet Janis in customer service; originally from Upstate New York, she brings her heart, happy free spirit, and delicious baked goods to Evolution. She enjoys caring for people, astronomy, music, and playing the violin.

Meet Bob; an artist and active member of his community, he is usually found supervising our pouring department for both our liners and the Aura in our very own pouring facility. He enjoys the fine arts, going to exhibits and museums, and working in the garden with his wife.
