1. Pull back the slide away from the shootbolt collar and hold in position.

2. Rotate the shootbolt collar to extend (or posi screw on end of shootbolt) or reduce the length of throw.

3. When shootbolt is in the desired position release the slide making sure the serrated teeth fully engage into the shootbolt collar.

31 2

1. Loosen central fixing screw along keep length.

2. Using 10mm Allen Key rotate to adjust depth. When at correct position re-tighten fixing screws.

3. To adjust centre hook catch, release Allen Key, re-position and then re-tighten.

Shootbolts

Keep Adjustment

Shootbolts are located in the PVC corner moulding at the top and bottom of each sash. To adjust the throw of the shootbolt into the outer frame follow the steps below. PLEASE NOTE: The shootbolt locates into the aluminium sliding track, at the top and bottom, and therefore this also acts as an integrated keep.

The keep is a one piece aluminium extrusion that can be adjusted along its entire length. This is to ensure smoothengagement of the door lock hooks. There is a total of 4mm horizontal adjustment. Furthermore, the shootboltreceivers can be used to adjust compression.

3b. Close door and remove piece ofgasket to loosen outside.

4. Position Allen Key in top of hinge bar to adjust height accordingly. The top hinge position will automatically move.

5. When sash is in correct position tighten the internal and external grub screw on the hinge (as in image 3a). Reinsert the cap and screw (as in photos 1 and 2).

Rollers

Sash Positioning

To adjust the height of the door use the bottom roller/hinge only. Do not adjust the top roller/hinge.

For smooth operation of the doors it is critical that the sashes are positioned square and parallel within the opening and that the threshold is also flat. It is also important that the head and cill fixing screws are countersunk into the frame to prevent the rollers from catching on a protruding screw head.

All finished doors should have a 12mm ‘gap’ between the outer frame to sash and sash to sash.
