• Intervention: Using Telemedicine for Thrombolysis– Videoconference– Not use of telephone only– Not healthcare centres without scanner– Not mechanic thrombolysis

• Comparison: Thrombolysis without telemedicine

• Outcomes:– Mortality– Intracraneal bleed– Favorable outcome
