• Concentrate on your REAL goals– Each goal should include clear measurements and deadlines

• Set only a few goals– Don’t create a long list that will be too hard to focus on

• Create attainable milestones– Break your goal down into tasks with deadlines and schedule them

• Announce it– Keeps you accountable when other people know

• Keep score– Track your progress with some type of scoreboard

• Reward yourself as you make progress– Keep yourself motivated by small rewards along the way

• If you slip up, reboot– Don’t get discouraged if you slip up, start now!
