ELO Council Edition was specifically developed for small and mid-sized Councils. Embedding the standard Keywords for Councils, the ELO EDRMS delivers more than just compliant Records Management.

The base package already provides Councils what it needs to make them more efficient, productive and compliant with State Records regulations.

ELO Capture: Whether your Council handles its documents and records through Microsoft Office or Lotus Notes, email or paper, ELO Council Edition can capture and file your documents for easy retrieval by your staff. Save time by using ELO’s quick and easy keyword function and DIY workflows to make sure your documents go where they are supposed to.

ELO Council Correspondence: Through its customisable workflow processes, ELO Council Edition can save time and effort by giving your staff the tools to quickly prepare general responses with embedded metadata, manage Council contacts using the default name and address register, capture email replies automatically as records, and insert digital signatures on workflow approvals.

ELO Council DA: ELO Council Edition can manage the most common Council Development Application processes from the creation of a DA file, to management of the DA initiation process whilst simultaneously tracking the progress of any DA using ELO’s integrated forms based workflows. ELO Council Meetings: ELO Council Meetings helps you to manage meetings and agendas. From predefined templates the Council can generate agenda documents, meeting minute’s documents and record actions against specific agenda items. Even the status of each action item can easily be tracked.

ELO Incident Capture & Process : ELO Council Edition allows you to track and manage any incident your Council may encounter. This is accomplished by creating customised workflows that assign specific tasks to multiple predefined departments. The in-built escalation capabilities help the Council to manage incidents specifically addressing the severity levels.

ELO eForms: ELO Council Edition can digitise your existing paper based forms and workflows into web-based eForms that give your staff and customers more flexibility in dealing with common Council functions. ELO eForms have the added benefit of cutting down on paper transactions both saving time and boosting productivity. Last but not least ELO eForms will significantly reduce the need for data entry.
