The Garden Room has its own privateaccess as you enter the hotel. Thisbanqueting suite is transformed into a beautiful soft setting for your wedding day.

The Garden Room can seat up to 80guests for a wedding banquet and with a few simple table adjustments after dinner, adanceflooriscreatedforyouandyourguests to enjoy the rest of the evening.

ThereisafullbarinsideTheGardenRoomand a private balcony for those who wish to step outside - this means that your guests will be able to stay together throughout the evening.

A combination of rectangular and round tables are usually used and our Wedding Co-ordinator can recommend the best table arrangement for your group’s size.

Forlargerweddingsofupto195guestswerecommendthatyoutakeexclusiveuseofthe hotel. Your wedding banquet will be heldinTheLakeRoomRestaurantandcanaccommodate up to 195 guests. White table cloths, napkins, elegant glassware, mirror discs,glasstea-lightholdersandflowersare all part of the standard setting. Couples may choose to add their own additional décor if they wish.

After dinner, your guests can move into the adjacent, uber chic Heights Lounge where there is space for a band or DJ and

dancefloorandthereisalsoafullbarandafull length balcony leading off the Heights Lounge for those who wish to step outside.

Becausethehotel isexclusivelybookedout for you, there are less restrictions with regards to late entertainment.

Our Wedding Co-ordinator will work together with you to advise the minimum number of rooms which will need to be booked in order for us to close the hotel on your behalf.

questions you might have …How do we book our wedding?Mostcouplesfindthattheyneedalittletimeto finalise the perfect date when matching the ceremonyand reception.Wearehappyto hold a date for you provisionally, where possible,foranagreedlengthoftime.Whenyou are ready to confirm your special day, we will supply you with a full contract and information on what deposit will need to bepaid.Onreceiptofyourdepositwewillconsider your wedding date confirmed.

What deposit is necessary to secure my date?A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to confirm your wedding date.

How will our guests reserve their accommodation?Your guests can either book directly with ourReservationsTeamortheycanbookonour website using a unique booking code to access your preferred wedding rate.

How many rooms will we need to book?Thisdepends on the size of yourwedding.Weddingsforupto80guestscanbeheldinTheGardenRoom,weddings forup to50guestscanbeheldinThePenthouse.Youarenot obliged to book any guestrooms for these numbers.

Forlargerweddings,upto195guests,thehotel will be closed to the public and will become yours exclusively. In order to do this, ourWeddingCo-ordinatorwillrecommendthe number of guestrooms you will need to reserve. This number will depend on theseason and day of the wedding.

Can we have a Civil Ceremony and the Reception in one venue?Yes–TheAghadoeHeightsHotel&Spaisan approved venue for Civil Ceremoniesand Partnerships. Our Wedding Co-

ordinator will be happy to discuss the venue options with you.

How late can we play music?DJ’s and Bands will need to reduce theirvolumeatmidnightforGardenRoomandPenthouseWeddings.Backgroundmusiccanbe played after this time, at the discretion of theManageronduty.

What time will the bar close?Thebarwill remain openuntil 12:30am.A bar extension until 1:30am may berequested. Certain conditions will applyand times may vary in accordance to the Irish Licensing Laws.

May we bring our own wine?Yes–acorkagechargeof€20perbottlewillbeappliedforwineand€35perbottleforChampagne.Ifyouarelookingforaspecificwine which is not on our wine list, we

would be happy to see if we can source it for you.

Is there a service charge included?Yes–aservicechargeof12.5%isincludedon all menus.

What if we need to cancel the wedding or change the date?A full cancellation policy will be given to you prior to confirmation of your wedding.

What decor is included in the wedding cost?White linentableclothsandlinednapkins.Cream crockery and silver cutlery. A fullcomplement of glassware. A single flowerof your choice displayed in glass fish bowls, glass mirrors with tea lights and place names.
