INTRODUCTION

EVERLIGHT REALCON INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED a limited Company,incorporated under Companies Act 1956, Since birth ERIL ,under theleadership of Mr.Biplab Kumar Dey ,Chairman Managing Director and ateam of highly competitive professionals, set a goal to achieve andworking towards it. ERIL believes in results, as the word signifies optimism,growth, achievements, strength, perfection and rewards.

It has started its journey in the field of Real Estate Development, followedby Stone Mines with Crushers unit at Pakur district in Jharkhand, TeaPlantation unit at Alipurduar. It already has Twenty Eight ProjectDevelopment Offices in different parts of India.

Now we have taken initiative to put ourself in the health care service forthe benefit of common people of our Nation by creating multi super

Specialized Hospital in different states of our country. We have started thisjourney from Dhanbad in the state of Jharkhand.

Government of India ,topromote the 'Khadi Bhabna' , the dream of MahatmaGandhi to the common people of rural India, company willbe doing rural based projects, where their will beemployment opportunity to good number ofvillagers.Since, Khadi has a wide range high qualityproducts in the field of cosmetics, medicinal and toiletries.Company is planning to open a "Khadi Bhandar" in differentproject development and operational offices of ERIL at

different states of India .On may 24th,2011 , a khadishowroom is opened at Kohima , the capital city ofNagaland.COMAPANY INVEST 1 CRORE RUPEES EXPECTEDRATE OF RETURN WILL BE 20%(ERR)

The company has already located 2 prime locations inDhanbad in state of Jharkhand and Asansol in state ofWB respectively for which the legal formalities are

under progress. The management had plan toconstruct A commercial cum residential multi storedcomplex with all type of modern amenities andfacilities at the location selected in Dhanbad in state of

Jharkhand. The management also have a plan topromote a small town ship with all modernfacilities inthe location selected at Asansol Dist.- Burdwan, WestBengal ( the details will be published shortly throughour web site). COMPANY invest 20 crore in ASANSOLPROJECT and 250 crore in DHANBAD for hospitalproject EXPECTED RATE OF RETURN OF THIS PROJECTWILL BE 32%(ERR)

TEA PLANTATION

Area of Land and working procedure:

Organisation had taken over 3,60,000 Sq ft. of

land (approx). The organisation have deputed

qualified experienced supervisors to take care of

this project and under their direct supervision,

cultivation to the land with the support of

agricultural machinery had been completed.Company invest 7.5 crore rupees in tea plantation

project expected rate of return is 18%

STONE MINE CRUSHER

Crushers are located in Pakur District in the

state of Jharkhand.Company have selected

this location because of its high gradation

stone .The quality of stone in Pakur is a name

to reckon with.

Total land area : 5 acre.

TOTAL INVESTMENT IS 6 CRORE RUPEES

EXPECTED RATE OF RETURN WILL BE 15%
