title and location

Select an event

category (please note

that this menu is

customizable)

start and end time

or select “All day

event” to block out

the whole day

Understand the impact of each event by

linking them to Campaigns,

Opportunitys and Accounts

After an event, be sure to

note how satisfied you were.

This will help you remember

which events are worthwhile

and even help you improve

events for the future!

Add participating

co-workers by

selecting them from

the drop down

menu and clicking

on the plus icon

Select event participants

(customers, partners,

friends, vendors, etc.) from

your CRM by typing and

selecting their names. Add

these participants by clicking

on the plus icon

I. Select the save icon at the top of the event profile

II. Or select “Save” under the actions tab at the bottom of the event profile

Once added to the CRM, all events will automatically appear in

your CRM Calendar
