Brief…. One million Customer celebration
by Airtel Incentive bash for the loyal
customers in Delhi One evening event 4000 invitees (Pre decided by
Airtel) Got brief 3 months prior event
We were asked to design an event in the Southern parts of Delhi or NCR
Objective
To Create a long lasting relationship with the customers
Complete enjoyment for Airtel invitees

These venue are suggested as they are centrally located in south Delhi and have good parking
space
Direct Mailers to customers of the Airtel
E.g.: Watch out for Big n Bright stars on the earth in front of you
Teasers in the form of logo will be sent
Press releases will be issued to media
Pre Event Activities/Promotion
Invitation…
Invitation will be sent in the form of “Empty Wine Bottles” filled with
colorful thermocol balls & glittering stars with a colorful
packaging.
Invitation will mention the theme, venue and other necessary details
These empty bottles will be picked from the different Hotels

On the day of the event
Venue Preparation will be finished by 5 pm
Stage will be ready by 3 pm for ‘Trials' by the artists before the actual event

when the first guest will arrive
Bar will open at 8 pm
Food counters will open at 9:15pm
