Van 1 juli tot 31 augustus verwelkomt de bibliotheek strandbezoekers in De Haan en Wenduine op het strand. Strandgangers kunnen gratis boeken, tijdschriften en stripverhalen ontlenen. [11-18:00]

in 2013 staat Urbanus 40 jaar op de planken, de Urbanus-strip wordt 30 en Willy Linthout –tekenaar van de strip– bereikt de kaap van 60 jaar. Daarom plannen we deze zomer tal van activiteiten.
