Athletic Mentorship Program
• EVCC Student Athletes will Attend a middle school athletics practice
• Middle school athletes will be given invitation and tickets to EVCC mentors game.
Beginning Plan
• Start with two Everett School District sites
• Team Gryffindor to help EVCC athlete through process of piloting the project
• Trojan Warrior Mentorship Project
Mentorship Curriculum
• Students will learn about mentoring theory • Engage in and write a self-reflection related
after a mentoring practicum experience. • Demonstrate knowledge of the potential
benefits of mentoring.
