• We have been developing a Local Insight Programme to help commissioners, policy makers and analysts share & learn how local authorities can use data & insight to make better decisions, be that to better understand need, demand or impact.• Please read on for the evaluation of the first phase of the programme.• You can find the outline of the programme at
