Lowlight: Offline period.
Our hosting provider Anynines (A9s) suffered a catastrophic failure causing us to be offline for 3 days. This forced us to install our applications somewhere else than A9s. We migrated essential applications to Pivotal and are continuing to move applications from A9s to Pivotal. Christos, Richard, Yorgos, Remy and Bram formed this migration team and worked days, evenings and weekends to get us back into a stable state. Thanks!

In the way that 158 openly licensed works were used, re-used, showed, in multiple ways (exhibitions, social media, apps, events)

Actually it is 156 artworks in Europeana 280 that allow for re-use.I don't know if we have to be specific on which ways they have been used if so we can mentionFacebook competitions, and Country of the week/Hero image of the week. Daily Art, Artstack. Faces of Europe, #BigArtRide and the on going #Jumping Jacks.

Think I might use music collections as the example as we have actual user feedback which is amplifying our message about customer service. Would like to use Bigartride under Indicator 4 though.
