Who we are ?

We are a student internship company based in Bath, UK providing high-quality

internships for European students in the UK and Ireland. All of our internships are

for a minimum duration of 6-months.

Our aim is to create meaningful internships with good tasks within great

organizations that meet the educational needs of degrees and grant funding.

Our partner Universities are important to us. We work with 1000+ Universities &

Business Schools from all across the 33 Erasmus countries. We aim to understand their

student internship needs and to share relevant opportunities that would produce the

most amazing experience for both the Host Company and the student.

Universities that agree to collaborate with us receive the internship opportunities first

and can then share those with their students.

We also are always available to answer any questions our partners can have regarding

our internships.

What is our proce ss?

1. Register on our Website

2. Apply to any internship offer(s) that interests you

3. A HR member will contact you if your profile matches

4. Skype interview with our HR team

5. Sign Commitment Agreement

6. Skype interview with the Host Company

7. If successful, sign the Internship Agreement

8. Arrival in the UK/Ireland for your Internship

What is include d in our se rvice ?

Our service is completely FREE for students.

Our vacancies can be applied for by any registered student or graduate who has an

Erasmus+ grant status. Our internships are unpaid but the chosen student will be

provided with a private room in a professional house share to live, with all utility bills,

Wi-Fi etc paid and commuter travel to work provided , if necessary. ESPA source and

manage the living accommodation and the student will receive a welcome pack

(detailing addresses, commuting routes, local healthcare provision and our 24 hour

pastoral care helpline) two weeks before they leave their home country for their

international internship experience

Mentored throughout, you will assist in the development for the next generation of Android

Tasks

• Design and build Android applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features

• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximise

development efficiency

• Communicate with clients

Personal Skills

• Experience in Android development and software development

• Knowledge of the full mobile development life cycle is a plus

• Exposure to or knowledge of Kotlin, MVP, RxJava, HTML, CSS, Javascript

• Knowledge of one or more of the Git, Java, the Android SDK, JUnit and Android Studio

• Knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends and emerging

technologies

• Excellent teamwork skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to

meet deadlines and work under pressure

Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and ambitious individual to gain practical

experience in both Web and mobile app design for this innovative new product. Mentored

throughout within an experienced team, you will assist in the development of in-house and

partner websites and mobile apps for the new membership application and analytics engine.

Involved in the whole UX/UI, this internship will provide invaluable industry experience and will

be a great launch pad to a rewarding career.

Tasks

• Supporting web, front end design and development

• App design and development for IOS and Android

• Product and user testing

• Researching and planning new technical projects

Personal Skills

Essential

• A Computer Science related Degree or above

• An interest in responsive web development and mobile apps demonstrated by projects,

dissertations or work experience

• Well organised and highly motivated

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax

Desirable

• Ability to work with a small, experienced team

• Adaptable to changes and requirements and able to meet deadlines

• Knowledge of Sass, VueJS, APIs, Django, Bootstrap and Wordpress.
